WHITAKER- Donald Lee “Butch,” 81, Johnstown. Passed away on November 19, 2018 at Richland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Born June 10, 1937 in Ogletown.

Son of Lloyd and Myrtle (Custer) Whitaker. Preceded in death by parents, wife Patricia “Patty” (Drenning), brothers Clarence, Paul and Bernard, and sister Dorothy Tischler. Survived by sons Donald L. Jr. married to Kimberly (Tighe) and Dana R. married to Wendy (Kelly) all of Johnstown; grandchildren Coty, Brittney and Tyler Whitaker; great grandson Landon Whitaker; sister Betty L. Levergood of Johnstown; and nieces and nephews.

Member of Homestead Ave. United Methodist Church. Retired truck driver from Leslie Whitaker and Son Paving.

Friends will be received from 10:00 until time of funeral service at Noon on Friday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. Rev. Gustav Hautz, officiating.

Interment at Richland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Humane Society of Cambria County, 743 Galleria Drive Extension, Johnstown, PA 15904. www.
