Obituary for Donald V. Denny In Hamden December 16, 2018 Donald V. Denny 90, of Hamden. Husband of the late Marie Carney Denny. Loving father of Dr. Eileen Denny and her husband Michael Brandi, Esq.

of Hamden. Cherished grandfather of Michael, Vincent, Caitlin and Molly Brandi. Also survived by his loving nephews John O’Luanaigh, William Looney and their families and 4 grand dogs.

Predeceased by a brother John Cosgrove and a sister Margaret Looney. Donald was born in New Haven July 28, 1928 son of the late Vincent S. and Margaret King Denny. Prior to his retirement he was a machinist for many years.

Mr. Denny proudly served in combat during the Korean War with the US Army. Funeral from Sisk Brothers Funeral Home 3105 Whitney Ave. Hamden Thursday at 10 a.m., Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in St. Stephen’s Church.

Burial in St. Lawrence Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 8:30 – 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers contributions to Hamden Senior Wish Society P.O. Box 185832 Hamden, CT. 06518.
