Piepmeier, 76 of Taylorville, passed away at 3:33p.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2019 in her home. She was born on March 18, 1942 in Taylorville, the daughter of Ferno and Mary (Baietto) Flahart. She was married to Jerry Piepmeier and he preceded her in death.

Donna was a homemaker and enjoyed playing bocce ball. She is survived by her children: Doug Brown (Carolyn), Diane Reid (Jeff), and Gary Brown (Kelly) all of Taylorville; companion: Ed Bialis of Taylorville; grandchildren: Aaron Brown, Macy Brown, Alden Brown, Ryan Brown, Paige Brown, Ross Brown, Jessica Avery, Kristi Reid, Sara Redfern, and Emily Redfern; and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother: Charles Flahart; sister: Beverly Mills; and grandson: Matthew Reid.

In accordance with her wishes, Donna will be cremated, and no services are planned. Memorials may be made to the Christian County Animal Control or the American Cancer Society. McClure Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Taylorville is assisting the family with arrangements.
