Donna Kay Shelby Dice May 09, 1942 – January 05, 2019 Share this obituary Local Florists Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Donna Kay Shelby Dice, age 76 of Seguin and formerly of San Angelo, was called home to her heavenly father on January 5, 2019. Donna was born in Great Bend, Kansas on May 9, 1942 to Donald and Bessie (Burge) Shelby. As a longtime resident of San Angelo, Texas, Donna was heavily involved in community service, including both Boy Scout and Girl Scout organizations and serving as PTA President for many years.

She retired from Ethicon, Johnson and Johnson in San Angelo and was actively involved in the retiree group. She has been an active Mary Kay Salesperson for over 40 years. Donna was an active member of First United Methodist Church in Seguin and an active member of the Emmaus Community.

She was honored to serve as the Wedding Coordinator at First United Methodist Church in Seguin for several years. She was a member of Church Women United in Seguin and the Bible Study Fellowship in New Braunfels. Recently Donna enjoyed her part time job at Keepers Interiors in Seguin.

Donna is preceded in death by her daughter Bessie Pauline Dice and her parents. Survivors include her son, Jeff Dice and wife Cathy; daughter, Jill Law and husband Jay; grandchildren, Shelby Law, Delaney Dice, Pierce Law, Darby Dice and Chloe Law; brothers, Mick Shelby and wife Elaine, and Danny Shelby and wife Debbie; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members and many, many friends. A memorial service celebrating Donna’s life will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church in Seguin with Rev.

Cathe Evins and Rev. Ron Welborn officiating. A reception will follow in Hierholzer Hall.

Private interment will take place at a later date in Missouri. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church in Seguin, 710 N. Austin St., Seguin, Texas, 78155, or to the charity of one’s choice.
