Donna Gail Horlander, 59, of Owensboro died Friday, February 1, 2019 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born in Owensboro on June 29, 1959 to Anna Lear Payne White and James White. Donna was a member of Saints Joseph & Paul Catholic Church.

She was a mother to many children and was known for her love of music and bandanas. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Nellie Ann Vickers Howard. Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Steve Horlander; her father, James White of Owensboro; two sons, Richard Dale Vickers (Carolyn Basham) of Owensboro and Jeremiah Lee Vickers (Tiffany) of Owensboro; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Linda Newton (Fred) of Owensboro; and a brother, James Gerard White of Owensboro.

Services will be at 1:00pm on Monday, February 4, 2019 at Saints Joseph & Paul Catholic Church, 609 East 4th Street. Visitation will be on Monday from 10:00am until 12:30pm at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Donna Horlander Memorial Fund, 3009 Frederica Street, Owensboro, KY 42301.
