Obituary for Mrs. Dorothy Gingles Wiltz Dorothy Gingles Wiltz, 91, a native of New Orleans and resident of Houma, died peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, July 1, 2018. She is survived by her five children, Walter J. Wiltz III (Annette), Ann Floyd, Patti Lambertson (Bob), Mary Lynn Wiltz, and Andrew C. Wiltz (Jennifer), and 12 grandchildren, Walter J IV, and Andrew H. Wiltz, Blake, Ben, Seth, and Hope Floyd, Scott, Ryan, Reed and Emma Lambertson, Adam Grishman, and Alexander Wiltz. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter J. Wiltz, Jr. and her parents, Edith Bourgeois, and Jesse Charles Gingles.

Dorothy, also known as Butz and Boo, was a loving mother and grandmother who devoted her life to her family. She loved hummingbirds, holidays and traveling. She had a special place in her heart for a lovely cottage on Pensacola Bay where she lived and spent her childhood years.

She was kind and thoughtful and she will be missed by many. The family will gather together for a private service and celebration of her life Online condolences can be given at www. samartfuneralhome.com.
