Dorothy L. Knarr, 98, of Antes Fort, passed away Monday, June 16, 2018 at ManorCare, Jersey Shore. Born June 13, 1920 in Antes Fort, she was the daughter to the late John Dorwart and the former Ruth Leadlein. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Knarr Sr. in 2009; and a daughter, Gail L. Newvine.

Dorothy was a graduate of Jersey Shore High School. She retired from the Jersey Shore Shirt Factory. Surviving is her son, Howard T. (Maria) Knarr of Williamsport; a brother, Louis Dorwart of Jersey Shore; 5 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.

Services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family in the Oval Cemetery.
