Dennis E. Stroble, 65, of Jersey Shore, died Tuesday afternoon Sept. 18, 2018, at his home. Born Oct.

4, 1952, in Jersey Shore, he was the son of Thurman Stroble and the former Beulah Good. He was a veteran of United States Army and retired after 35 years of service at Jersey Shore Steel. He enjoyed Jersey Shore sports, the Dallas Cowboys, and most of all, Notre Dame Football.

He is survived by a son, Christopher M Stroble, of Williamsport. Memorial Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018, at the Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. Thursday until time of services at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Jersey Shore Cemetery with full Military Honors conducted by the Jersey Shore Honor Guard.
