Obituary for Dorothy Nelson Dorothy Nelson, born in Houston, Texas and a native of Luling, Louisiana since 1954, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at the age of 88. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul P. Nelson; her daughter, Niki Wade and her son, Robert Nelson. She is the loving mother of Paul “Mike” Nelson.

She is the beloved grandmother of Jessica Lemoine, Erin Nelson, Ryan Nelson, Addison Lemoine, Macy Lemoine, Lanine Breaux, Yael Wade, Ebony Wade, and Garon Wade. Dorothy is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Family and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Thursday, May 31, 2018 beginning at 8:00 AM with a Funeral Mass to follow at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, 1 rectory lane, Hahnville, LA.
