Dr. Pauline “Polly” Riddle, 85, recently of Overland Park, Kansas, died Tuesday, May 8, 2018. She was born August 1, 1932 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Paul and Dorothy (Harvey) Peck. She was the loving wife of Don Diddle, dear mother of Janet (Timothy) Owens and Steve (Laurie)Riddle; Cherished grandmother of Steven, Rebecca (Wes), and Sam; great-grandmother of Marshall and Landon.

Polly was an accomplished organist; graduating from Southwest Missouri State (now Missouri State) with a Bachelors in Music Education. She went on to earn her Master’s Degree from Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY and her PhD in Music Education from Oklahoma University. She played the organ at Wornall Rd.

Baptist Church, Chandler Baptist Church and other area churches over the years. A Memorial visitation will be Monday, May 14, 2018, from 10-11:30 AM in the chapel at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church 1600 N. Hwy 291, Liberty, MO. Funeral service will begin at 11:30 AM on Monday.

Inurnment at Terrace Park Cemetery will be private at a later date. If you so desire, memorial contributions may be made to William Jewell College Organ Fund. Share online condolences at TerraceParkFuneral.com.
