James Allen Palmer, III, was born to the union of James and LaToshal Palmer om May 3, 1994. James was the second of seven children. James departed this earth on May 1, 2018.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmothers, Missionary Elnora Ford and Everlena Palmer, grandfather, James H. Young and uncle, Jerome E. Palmer. James attended Della Lamb Charter School from Kindergarten until the sixth grade. His high school years were at Westport and then he attended Center.

James was baptized at the early age of ten at Mt. Washington Missionary Baptist Church in Parkville, Missouri. James was working at Xpress Mart, where he was getting promoted to have his own store.

He was loved dearly by the owners and fellow co-workers. James loved Cadillacs and SUV’S. He loved various kinds of music but especially Rap.

His favorite pastime was cleaning cars. James most famous quote was, “I got my daddy’s brain”. James Allen Palmer, III leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, James and LaToshal Palmer; sisters, LaQuesha and LaNina Palmer; brothers: Joshua, Jeremiah, Jacob, and Joseph Palmer; two nieces, Adrianna and Peyton Poindexter; grandparents: Lula (Anthony) Hawkins, James A. Palmer, Sr., and Nina (Rance) Golden; great grandmothers, Ellen McNeil and Louise Young Moore; uncles, Steven (Teresa) Palmer and Randy Golden; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

Funeral Service for James Allen Palmer, III will be held Saturday May 12, 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Washington Missionary Baptist Church, 3551 Wabash Avenue. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Church.

Interment, Twelve Gates Cemetery.
