Duane made his journey to the Spirit World on April 12, 2018 at the Pine Ridge I.H.S. Hospital in Pine Ridge, SD. Duane is survived by his wife, Angie American Horse-Goings; daughters, Crystal Gayle Goings-Davis and Theresa Rebecca Ann Goings; son, Daryl Goings, Sr.; sisters, Fern Goings, Joyce Goings, and Melody Talbot; brothers, Marty Goings, Sr. and Victor Goings; grandchildren, Katana Davis, Duane Davis, Angela Davis, Arianna Davis, Gerald Cottier, Titan Goings, Daryl Goings, Jr., and Kelsey Goings; great grandchildren, Mary Cottier, Lalona Goings, and Uriah Lafferty, Jr. Duane was preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca Ann Cuny-Goings; father, Roland Scope Goings; brothers, Mike Goings, Richard Goings, and Sylvester Goings; and sister, Bernadette Bordeaux.

Pallbearers will be Patrick Davis, Philip Davis, Ramon Garnette, Bob Hernandez Jr., Scott Thompson, Walker Thompson, Manuel Lewis, Sr., Orson Cuny and Stanley Flying Hawk. Wake Services: One night wake service starting at 10:00 AM, Friday, April 20, 2018 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Ridge, SD with Vigil Services starting at 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial: 2:00 PM, Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Ridge, SD.
