Dustin was born in Jones County, MS on January 6, 1997 and was employed as a cook at Hardees. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Bill Skipper, Helen Skipper, and Vivian Cooley.

He is survived by his father, Andy Skipper (Kimberly); mother, Tanya Cooley; grandparents, Don and Kathy Cooley and Keith and Dora Sellers; great grandparent, Louise Lee; brothers, Gabriel Skipper, Caleb McDonald, and Nathan Bryant; girlfriend, Lauren Hutchinson; bulldog, Kushman; and a host of aunts and cousins.
