Dwight Vernon Boswell, 49, of 235 Florida Avenue, Greenwood, died Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Orlando, FL, he was a son of the late David Vernon Boswell and Dorothy Jean Price Boswell. Dwight was a former cook at the Huddle House and attended Lighthouse Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by a brother, David Edward Boswell. Surviving are his children, Brittany Barnett (Bradley), Nathaniel Boswell, Mathew Boswell; a sister, Debbie Boswell Ashley of Due West; a brother, Dennis Boswell (Pam) of Ninety Six; and three grandchildren, Kylie Barnett, Liam Barnett and Harlum McDonald. Services will be held at 5 pm on Wednesday at Harley Funeral Home Chapel.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home before the service from 4 to 5 pm. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Dwight Boswell Service c/o Harley Funeral Home, PO Box 777, Greenwood, SC 29648. The family is at the home, Wisewood Apartments, Apt 31, Greenwood.
