Obituary for Edward J. Pieczkowski Pieczkowski, Edward J. Age 85 September 15, 2018 Edward was born on January 3, 1933 in Detroit to Paul and Anna (nee Bentz) Pieczkowski. Brother of the late Richard Pieczkowski and Delores (the late Ralph) Donnay. Proud uncle of Sheryll (Don Daisio) Deutscher, Cynthia Donnay, Kenneth (Robin) Donnay and Dianne (Henry) Palus.

Great uncle of Lauren Donnay. A dear companion, Dorothy Connolly, preceded him in death. He was a graduate of Detroit Catholic Central and University of Detroit.

In 1995 he retired from Chrysler where he was employed as a comptroller. Edward was an avid golfer, hunter, fisherman and traveler. The family would like to gratefully acknowledge Henry Palus for all of the time and care he provided for Edward.

Visitation Wednesday 3-8 pm with a 5 pm rosary. Funeral Thursday, in-state 10:30 am until time of Mass 11 am Our Mother of Perpetual Help-Fatima Campus. Memorial contributions to Leader Dogs for the Blind, Michigan Anti-Cruelty Society or Alzheimer’s Association are appreciated.
