Obituary for Franklin WIlliam Kapp Franklin William Kapp, cherished husband of the late Carol Ann Kapp of 57 years, longtime resident of West Branch, MI, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2018 at the age of 88. He is survived by his daughter Heather (Todd), granddaughter Sara, and grandson Alex. Dear brother of the late Dorothy, Robert, Edna, Wayne, and Paul.

Frank was a longtime 4-H agent, where he started in Ohio and eventually moved to Michigan. Towards the end of his career, he sold Plat Book ads. Frank was an active member in the community and was involved in the First United Methodist Church of West Branch, Optimist International, and was an avid golfer.

In his years after retirement, he enjoyed gardening, golfing, and traveling to Arizona with Carol. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the West Branch Optimist Club, West Branch, MI 48661. A memorial gathering and a service to celebrate Frank’s life are currently being arranged.
