Obituary for Edwinna F. Puckett PUCKETT, Edwinna F. 88, entered eternal life on Sunday, May 6, 2018. She was the former co-owner of Puckett’s Auto Service and a member of Parkwood Baptist. Edwinna was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence “Bill” Puckett.

She is survived by her children, Karen Threatt, Brenda Burton, Terry Puckett (Sharon) and Patricia Puckett; grandchildren, Amy, Leigh, Rhonda, Ashleigh, Willie and Casey; great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Christopher, Olivia, Morgan, Joshua, Mandy, Molly, Macey, Laney, Maddie and Raelyn; and siblings, Dawson Foster and Zola Campbell. Her celebration of life service will be held Wednesday 12 p.m. at Joseph E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Dr. with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West. Visitation 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 10 a.m. Wednesday.
