Eileen Bingner, 58, a resident of the Hillsboro community, died Thursday afternoon, November 1, 2018 at the Tuality Community Hospital in Hillsboro. EILEEN BINGNER was born October 13, 1960 in Orem, Utah, the daughter of the late Owen Cannon Bennion and Leonore Wood. She was raised and received her education in the communities of Orem and Provo, Utah, having been a graduate of the Orem High School Class of 1979.

She was united in marriage to John Michael Bingner on January 29, 1982 at the Jordan River Temple in South Jordan, Utah. They celebrated their 36th Wedding Anniversary this past January. Following their marriage they resided in the communities of Provo, Orem, Layton, Utah, and Beaverton, Oregon, until 1993 when they moved to the Hillsboro community, where they have resided since.

Eileen worked as a child care provider for over 25 years. She was a member of the Beaver Creek Ward LDS Church in Hillsboro. Among her special interests, she enjoyed camping, gardening, crafting, scrapbooking, and mostly spending time with her family.

Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, Owen and Lenore Bennion, and by her brother Matthew Bennion. Survivors include her husband, John Bingner, of the family home in Hillsboro, Oregon; her children and their spouses, Crystal Bingner, of Portland, Oregon; Daniel and Hannah Bingner, of Anaheim, California; Caroline Bingner, of Portland, Oregon, and Joseph Bingner, of Hillsboro, Oregon; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Katherine Pincock, of Salt Lake City, Utah; Ann and Darrell Hansen, of Granby, Missouri; Jeanne and Brad Mitchell, of Stillwater, Oklahoma; Mary and Jonathan Snow, of Pleasant Grove, Utah; Lillian and Doug Nehring, of St. Louis, Missouri; Lucy and Bryan Byrd, of Stark City, Missouri; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Jonathan and Clara Bennion, of Springfield, Missouri; Joseph and Lee Bennion, of Spring City, Utah; Glynn and Jodi Bennion, of Scott, Kansas; Howard and Holly Bennion, of Fairfield, California, and Samuel and Miyuki Bennion, of Stark City, Missouri. Also surviving is her grandchild, Ruby Bingner, of Anaheim, California and many nieces and nephews.
