Elizabeth’s Obituary Elizabeth A. “Betty” Arnold, 85 of Orlando, FL, formerly of Hokendauqua, PA, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019, at Orlando Regional Medical Center in Orlando, FL. Born on October 12, 1933 in Whitehall, PA, she was the daughter of the late John Churetta and the late Barbara (Chabak) Churetta. She was the wife of Alvin Arnold with whom she shared 67 years of marriage this past March 3, 2018.

Elizabeth was employed by the Former J.J. Blose Mill in Northampton as a Machine Operator for 15 years before retiring in 1988. She was a former member of St. Andrew R.C. Church in N. Catasauqua. Surviving along with her husband are son, Gregory A. Arnold and wife Janice of Slatington, PA, daughter, Betty A. Mateer of Harrisburg, PA, sister, Barbara wife of Daniel D’Amico of Easton, PA; 3 grandchildren and 1 step-granddaughter; 5 great grandchildren and 1 step great-granddaughter.

A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 25, 2019 at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA 18067. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the service.

Interment will follow in St. Andrew R.C. Cemetery, N. Catasauqua. Contributions: may be made to St. John Fisher Church Memorial Fund c/o the funeral home.
