Obituary for Elizabeth “Betty” Kempf (Myers) Elizabeth A. “Betty” Kempf, 71 of Maryville, Missouri passed away on Monday, August 13, 2018 at SSM Health St. Francis Hospital. Betty was born on January 8, 1947 in Maryville, Missouri to Clarence and Lucille (Miller) Myers. She was a 1965 graduate of Mt.

Alverno Academy in Maryville. Betty was a member of St. Gregory’s Barbarigo Catholic Church. She was a babysitter and had worked for Federal Mogul and she enjoyed bowling.

She married Frank Peters on May 25, 1968 in Maryville, He preceded her in death on May 14, 2003. She was also preceded by her parents and three sisters, Rosemary, Phyllis and Sandra Myers. Betty married John R. Kempf on August 20, 2005.

He survives of the home. Additional survivors include her children, Tammy (Jim) Davis, Charleston, Illinois, Becky (Kevan) Evans, Maryville, Missouri and Cindy (Robert) Schukei, Baldwin City, Kansas; step children, Nathan Kempf, Hollie Kempf both of Kirksville, Missouri and Amber (Smith) Hamner, Nashville, Tennessee; eleven grandchildren; five brothers, Frank (Pat) Myers, John (Pam) Myers, Marvin (Bev) Myers, Bernie (Katie) Myers, Randy (Shari) Myers; sister, Barb Russell all of Maryville, Missouri. Memorial Mass 2pm Friday, August 17th at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church.

Burial St. Mary’s Cemetery, Maryville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. www.
