Obituary for Mary Van Baren (Manning) Mary Jeanette Van Baren 1949-2018 Mary Jeanette Van Baren, 69 of Maryville, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at Maryville Living Center in Maryville, Missouri. Jeanette was born on September 7, 1949 in Maryville, Missouri, to John and Lucille (Wilmes) Manning. She was a graduate of Mt.

Alverno Academy and attended Northwest Missouri State University. Jeanette was a homemaker and member of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church. She enjoyed the outdoors and reading.

She also enjoyed writing short stories and being with her nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Dennis Manning and one sister, Nancy Manning. Jeanette married James Van Baren on August 19, 1972 in Maryville, Missouri , He survives of the home.

Additional survivors include her brothers and sisters, Gary (Peggy) Manning of Raymore, Missouri, Bill (Vie) Manning, Omaha, Nebraska, Carolyn Puckett, Sandra Stiens, Rick Manning, JoAnn (Ed) Linville, Barb Farnan, Marlene Proctor and Susan Manning all of Maryville, Missouri and numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great nephews. Mass of Christian Burial 2PM, Saturday, October 27th at St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church under the care of Price Funeral Home. Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Maryville, Missouri.
