West Columbia-Funeral Service for Elizabeth “Libby” Caughman Garrett, 75, will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Wittenberg Lutheran Church with the Rev. Emily Edenfield officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Robert Epting, Tom Sawyer, Larry Dasher, Brian Shealy, Tony Meetze and J. W. Worley. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wittenberg Lutheran Church Food Pantry P. O. Box 3447 B-L, SC 29070.

Mrs. Garrett passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019. Born in Leesville, she was the daughter of the late Richard Monroe and Frances Crout Caughman. She was a member of Wittenberg Lutheran Church where she was active in the Lectionary SS Class and retired from SCDOT.

Surviving include her daughter, Ginger G. Furtick; brother, Ervin (Annette) Caughman; and sister-in-law, Margaret W. Caughman, nephew, James (Karen) Caughman; niece, Toni (Mike) Little; and 2 great nephews, Josh and Tyler Little. She was predeceased by a son, Gregg Garrett; and brothers, Archie and Edwin Caughman.
