Obituary for Ellen Rudd Ellen Jean Rudd, 83, of Pittsfield, died Thursday, October 25, 2018, at Baystate Medical Center. Born in Pittsfield on November 1, 1934, she was a graduate of Pittsfield High School. Primarily a homemaker, she had worked as a clerk at Berkshire Bank in earlier years.

Mrs. Rudd was a member of the Pittsfield Church of Christ. Ellen was a very beloved member of the community. She was known for spreading joy to the hearts of people from all walks of life.

Her favorite hobby was butterflies. She was pre-deceased by two husbands, Henry A. Crady, Jr. and Clarence Rudd. Mrs. Rudd is survived by a daughter, Anne M. (husband Dwight) Edwards of Hillsborough, N.C., and a son, Mark H. (wife Susan J.) Crady of Titusville, Fla.

; four grandchildren, Christopher Edwards, Brian Edwards, Krysten Crady, Devon Crady, and three great grandchildren Cartar Crady, Ryder Lewellen, Zayla Drennan. FUNERAL NOTICE: A memorial service for Ellen J. Rudd will be held Sunday, October 28, at 3:00 pm. at Pittsfield Church of Christ, 826 Valentine Road, Pittsfield, with Rev.

Russell Moody, Pastor, officiating. There are no calling hours. The DERY FUNERAL HOME is in charge of arrangements.
