Obituary Service Details Elsie I. Motter, 86, of Conneaut, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at University Hospitals Geneva Medical Center in Geneva, Ohio. Born November 18, 1930, in Shippenville, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Mildred Wagner Motter. She worked as a press operator at Molded Fiber Glass in Linesville for 37 years.

Elsie was of the Protestant faith. She was a member of the Linesville Senior Center. Survivors include a sister, Virginia Payne of Conneaut, Ohio; a brother, Arthur Motter of Venice, Pa; a half-brother, David Allen Motter of Shippenville; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 7 at Linesville Cemetery. There’s still time to send flowers to the Graveside Service at the Linesville Cemetery at 11:00 AM on July 7, 2018.
