Elva Joy Taylor, age 90, of Cleveland, passed away peacefully on February 20, 2019. She was born June 29, 1928 in Chicago, IL, daughter of the late Reverend Lewis and Ruth DiPietro. Joy enjoyed playing card games, dominos and doing work out in her yard.

Most importantly, she loved her family and will be greatly missed. Joy was the devoted wife of 46 years to the late Donald V. Taylor; cherished mother of Dale Taylor; beloved grandmother of Christopher Taylor, Emily Taylor, Anne Taylor, and Michael Taylor; loving sister of Eunice (Aldo) Bertolitti; caring aunt of Tracey and Lisa. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Lois DiPietro.

All services will be private. She will be laid to rest in Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted.
