Erik Geoffrey Armstrong, 38, passed away October 18, 2018 in St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born October 2, 1980 in Fort McClellan, Alabama to Michael E. Armstrong and Veronica Nelson Armstrong. Erik had a great sense of humor, he was a terrific father, and was a very dedicated to his family.

He now joins his wife Michelle Armstrong who passed July 11, 2018; He loved her dearly during their 16 years of marriage. He was a South High School Graduate class of ’99, he also attended Farmersburg High School briefly. After high school he took classes at Ivy Tech Community College, and also took the Century 21 Real Estate course.

Erik is preceded in death by his mother, and his wife, Michelle. He is survived by his father, Michael Armstrong (Shirley Dunn), his sons; Christian Nathaniel Armstrong, and Aiden Michael Armstrong, a brother, Silas Armstrong, a sister, Amber Manwarring (Stephen), a nephew, Andrew Michael Manwarring, aunts and uncles; Keith and Helen Armstrong, and Vickie Bertram. Also surviving are Carlota, Marco, Marcelo (Doris), Ingrid, and Catalina Montealegre along with a host of other family members.

Services for Erik will be on Wednesday October 24, 2018 at 6 pm, in Greiner Funeral Home, 2005 North 13th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47804. Visitation will be from 4 pm until service time at the funeral home on Wednesday. Online condolences can be made at www.
