OBITUARY Sandra M Landes November 25, 1937 – October 7, 2018 Sandra Mae Landes, 80, of Terre Haute, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at the Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care in Union Hospital with her family by her side. She was born on November 25, 1937, in Flint, Michigan to Herschel and Leota (Spears) Brown. Sandra is survived by her husband of 62 years, George Landes of Terre Haute; son, Tim Landes and wife Linda; daughters, Tammy Landes and companion Terry, and Tracy Buis; two brothers, Mark Brown and David Brown; cousin, Donna Van Horn; seven grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Tommy Landes; and a grandson, Travis Landes. Sandra was a 1955 graduate of Gerstmeyer High School. She retired from Sony DADC.

She owned, along with her husband, the Wabash Valley Appliance Center. Sandra spent many wonderful years in Florida with her Terre Haute “Snowbird” friends. Her greatest love has always been her family.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 10 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 11 at the funeral home with Pastor Ken Coffman officiating. Sandra will be laid to rest in Roselawn Memorial Park.
