John David Everly, 89, of Terre Haute passed away on Sunday October 7, 2018 at 10:00 am in Westminster Village Health Care. Dave worked for many years at Moore Business Forms and Supreme Heating and Cooling. He was born March 5, 1929 in Paris, IL to James Everly and Esther (Fox) Everly.

He was preceded just nine days ago by the love of his life and wife of 68 years, Charlotte (Decker) Everly. He is survived by his daughters, Jane Wojak and Mary Ann Duncan (Kenneth); grandchildren, Jennifer Ashby (Jim), Eric Wojak (Rebekah), Laurie Elizabeth Wojak, Megan Power (Adam), and Anna Wojak and great-grandchildren, Ethan, Elias, and Lily. He was a veteran of the US Army Reserves, a long-time member of Maryland Community Church, a member of F.&A.

M Riley Lodge #390 and a life member of Scottish Rite Valley of Terre Haute. He was also a member of the NRA, American Legion, and AMAC. Visitation is Thursday October 11, 2018 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with Masonic Memorial Services starting at 1:00 pm followed by funeral services with Pastor Vince McFarland officiating.

Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at www.
