Erma Martinetto Davis was born July 28, 1922 to Anton and Modesda (Riva) Martinetto in Meaderville (Butte), Montana. She attended Franklin School, Butte High School and was a graduated of the Butte Business College. Erma worked for many years at the Butte City Bus Lines.

She married Charles T. Davis on June 18, 1949. She was active in Girl Scouts and St. Ann Church. She had a great love for the Legion of Mary.

Erma loved her dogs. She rescued one at 91 years old, and at 96 years of age her doctors said, “They kept her young”. Erma died peacefully in her own home under the care of Senior Solutions Hospice on Sunday February 24, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her siblings, Norma Anderson, Katie Martinetto and Arthur Martinetto. Survivors include her three children, Mary Pat, Charlene and Robert (Dee) Davis, five grandchildren, Laura, Kirk, Paul, Michelle and Matthew and five great-grandchildren: Isabella, James, Leo, Sidney and Josie. She is also survived by her cousin Geri (Louis) Blaskovich.
