Esther Louise Knight, age 94 dearly beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a friend to many of Toronto, OH passed away Wednesday, October 03, 2018 at the Valley Hospice Care Center, Steubenville, OH surrounded by her loving family. Louise was a member of the Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church of Toronto, OH; Toronto Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #1276 Auxiliary and the Toronto Senior Citizens. Louise loved spending time with her family, reading her Bible, her angel books and the Good Old Days magazines.

She loved playing cards at her card club, spending time with the Toronto Seniors Club playing Bingo. Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Marion “Mose” Rawson and Margaret (Rosenberger) Rawson; husband, Clifford E. “Spike” Knight whom she married May 19, 1944; son, John Francis Knight; grandson, Ricci Boni; brothers, James and William Rawson; sisters, Margarette DiCocco and Helen Cochran; son-in- law, Bill Pierce. She is survived by her sons, Clifford M. (Sis) Knight and Tim (Chris) Knight all of Toronto, OH; daughters, Elizabeth “Betty” Pierce of Toronto, OH and Mary (Earl Jr.) Keller of Steubenville, OH; grandchildren, Deb Owens of Toronto, OH, Mike (Janet) Boni of East Liverpool, OH, Doug Reese of Toronto, OH, Mike (Roxanne) Knight of East Liverpool, OH, Kathy Knight of Chester, WV, Matt (Lindsay) Knight of Rochester, N.Y., Brian (Lisa) Keller of Unionport, OH, Scott (Maria) Keller of Painesville, OH, Kevin (Lisa) Keller of Steubenville, OH, Nicole (Scott) Reed of Weirton, WV and Julie Knight of Toronto, OH, Lisa Rawson of East Liverpool, OH; great-grandchildren, Taylor (Steve) Gamron, Mykal Lynn, Ashley, Zack D, Kiersley, Ainsley, Kierra, Chelsie, Dustin, Gavin, Tara, Zack Donald, Matthew, Michael, Elizabeth, Preston, Adelaide, Mathias, Aubree,Justin, Paige and Zoe; great-great grandsons, Jude, Aaron and Allister; brothers, Richard (Patti) Rawson of East Liverpool, OH and Raymand (Tex) Rawson of Toronto, OH; sister, Jeannie Seaman of Warren, OH; nephew, Dave (Ginger) Rawson and several other nieces and nephews and her cat Bubbles.

Visitation hours for Louise will be held 2-7 P.M. Sunday, Oct. 7th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main Street, Toronto, OH. Additional visitation hours will be held 9-10 A.M. Monday Oct.

8th at the Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 1225 N. River Ave, Toronto followed by Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 10 A.M. at the church with Celebrant, the Reverend Father Thomas Vennitti . Interment will follow at the Sugar Grove Union Cemetery, County Road 68, Toronto, OH. A Vigil Service will be held at 2P.M. Sunday at the funeral home Toronto Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary service will be held 6:30 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions in memory of Louise may be made to the St. Joseph / St. Francis Catholic Church Educational Fund – 1225 N. River Ave.
