Obituary of Ethan Wolff Ethan James Wolff, 17 years old, Jonesboro, passed away tragically on Tuesday, October 30, 2018. Born on April 26, 2001, in Marion, Ethan was one of five children born to Jason Scott and Kristi Marie (Rish) Wolff. Ethan was a student at Mississinewa High School and had a great love for life and for his family.

He adored his nieces and nephews and would often babysit for them. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed having campfires with his friends, fishing, and doing anything on the water. He also enjoyed listening to music, playing video games, and especially teasing his little brother!

Ethan was a good kid with a good heart and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His memory will be forever cherished by his parents, Jason and Kristi Wolff, Jonesboro; brothers, Kyle (Courtney) Rish, Marion, Damon (Marissa) McKee, Jonesboro, Austin Wolff, Marion, and Jaydon Kirkland, Jonesboro; sister, Caitlin McHenry, Marion; maternal grandparents, James (Connie) Brewer, Marion; paternal grandmother, Gretta Wolff, Warsaw; great-grandmother, Maxine “Mimi” Brewer; nieces and nephews, Aaliyah McKee, Jaxson McKee, Karter McKee, Wrigley Rish, and Ryleigh Rish; and special friends, Peyton Mills and Austin Grubb. Preceding him in death were his paternal grandfather, Ronald Wolff, and great-grandfather, Jesse “Pap” Brewer.

The family will receive visitors from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E. Main St., Gas City, IN. Services to celebrate Ethan’s life will be held at the funeral home at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 2018. Pastor Bruce Koontz will be officiating with burial following at Grant Memorial Park.
