Obituary for Eugene Andrews Garden City- Eugene Andrews, 89, died on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at St Catherine Hospital in Garden City. He was born on November 30, 1928 at Scottsbluff, Nebraska the son of Orval & Gertrude (Robinson) Andrews. He married Helen Sturgeon on December 31, 1947 at Kimball, Nebraska.

Eugene attended school in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He was a farmer for 39 years at Scottsbluff and Veteran, Wyoming. He also was a representative for Rural Insurance for 14 years.

In 1984 he moved to Garden Cit. He was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Garden City. Eugene enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Son- John Andrews, 2 Sisters & 2 Granddaughters- Traci Johannes & Sarah Avila. He is survived by his Wife- Helen Andrews of the Home, Son- Greg Andrews of Torrington, Wyoming, Daughter- Karen Johannes of Holcomb, Sister- Darlene Morton of Woodbury, Minnesota, 6 Grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren & 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM Saturday at First Southern Baptist Church with Rev.

Joshua Johannes officiating. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery in Garden City. Condolences may be posted at www.
