OBITUARY Eugene Keirn July 27, 1957 – October 28, 2018 Eugene Paul Keirn, 61, of Rockford, was taken from us too soon on Sunday, October 28, 2018. Born July 27, 1957 in Rockford. Son of Harold and Elsie (Mauerman) Keirn.

Eugene found great enjoyment in singing karaoke, dancing, cooking and hiking at Rock Cut state park. Survived by his daughter, Nichole Keirn; parents, Harold and Elsie Keirn; brothers, Harold (Carrie) Thorne, Bruce (Rosalynn) Keirn, Dennis (Jan) Keirn; best friend, Deborah Mays Fairchild; other various extended family. Celebration of Life Funeral Service to be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 3 at Sunset Funeral Home.

Visitation at 9 a.m. until time of service. Private Burial at a later date in Sunset Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to his daughter Nichole to help pay for funeral expenses.
