Eulalia Roberts February 20, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts View/Sign Guest Book| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Eulalia Lillian Roberts was born July 5, 1933, in Offerle, Kansas, the youngest of 9 children born to Edward and Mollie Kurth. She went home to be with our Lord on February 20, 2019, after a short illness. Eulalia was raised in Alva, Oklahoma, and moved to Oklahoma City in 1951 to attend Draughn’s Business College.

While there, she met her future husband, Paul Don Roberts, whom she married on July 3, 1957. After graduating from Draughn’s, she worked at Globe Life Insurance Company for 15 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom for their daughter, Pamela. She later returned to work for Moore Public Schools in accounts payable.

She retired in 1995 after 20 years of dedicated service. In 2001, Eulalia moved to Purcell to be closer to her family. She was a faithful member of Sunray Baptist Church, enjoyed going to the Purcell Senior Citizens Center, and attended all of the activities of her granddaughter, Katie.

Eulalia never met a stranger. She was a wonderful, caring woman with a big heart and a beautiful smile. She will be greatly missed!

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Mollie Kurth; husband, Paul Don Roberts; two brothers, Howard and Buster Kurth; two sisters, Roberta Busse and Margaret Coles; and brother-in-law, Loyd Roberts. Eulalia is survived by her daughter Pamela Kyzer and husband James of Purcell; granddaughter Katie Just and husband Michael of Emporia, KS, and great granddaughter, Audrey Elizabeth Just; sisters, Loretta Polson, Kinsley, KS, Geneva Peck of Wichita, KS, Ivalene Pippen of Golden, CO; and Beatrice Wheatley of Old Washington, OH; sister-in-law and niece, Mary and Marlene Roberts of Moore, OK, and several other nieces and nephews.
