CAPAN—Mrs. Evelyn Jeffords Capan, age 90 of Jacksonville, FL passed away February 9, 2019. Evelyn was born October 1, 1928 in Brunswick, GA to parents Harmon Jeffords and Leila Garren Jeffords. She leaves a great legacy of love to her children, grandchildren, and many friends.

Evelyn was predeceased by her parents and her grandson Brandon Capan. Funeral services in celebration of Evelyn’s life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday February 16, 2019 in the chapel of Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 111 Blanding Blvd.

, Orange Park with Fr. William Jordan officiating. Evelyn will be laid to rest in the Garden of the Christus at Jacksonville Memory Gardens.
