Mr. Fargo Morrison, 63, of Swainsboro passed away Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Pruitt Health Swainsboro following an extended illness. Mr. Morrison was born August 3, 1955 in Adrian, Ga. to the late James Clifford Morrison and Nell Webb Morrison.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Morrison sang with the Heavenly Host Band for many years. He loved his family, music, and was an avid NASCAR fan, music was his life.

Mr. Morrison attended Emanuel Christian Ministries. Survivors include his daughters, Melissa Sue Morrison and Claudia Petty (B.J.) both of Rockledge; half-brother, Randall Martin of Dexter; several half-sisters; granddaughter, Haley Morrison; several nieces, nephews, and many friends. Memorial Service will be in the chapel of Chapman Funeral Home 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 27, 2018 with Reverends Arthur Conley and Brad McKenzie officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Chapman Funeral Home. Honorary Escorts are James Morris, B.J. Petty, Kelmer Durden, Jr., Rex Johnson, and Jimmy Anderson. Condolences may be expressed at www.
