OBITUARY Feng-Chiao Segars LI November 24, 1950 – September 22, 2018 Feng Chiao Segars-Li, age 67, passed away at on Saturday, September 22nd in her home in Irondale, AL. Feng Chiao was born in Taiwan, lived in the Philippines, Costa Rica, and Alabama. She was known by her friends and family for her kindness, helpfulness, and generosity.

She is survived by her mother and six siblings in Taiwan, two daughters, Carla Sims of Alabama, and Karen Kysar of Texas, and five grandchildren. Feng Chiao was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Charles B Segars. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Sept.

27th at 3:30pm at Oakwood Memorial Gardens in Gardendale, AL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
