Mrs. Flonnie Long, 103 of Quitman passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at her residence. Mrs. Long was born August 30, 1914 to the late Joshua Benjamin Daniel & Sara Hight Daniel. She was a member of Quitman First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her children, Vereen Bell of Nashville, Tn, Tallulah Long Whitesell of Quitman, and Suzanne Long Spivey of Tallahassee; grandchildren, Mary Bell, Leighton Bell, Eleanor Hall, Julie Marx, Jonathan Marx, William Whitesell, Emily Garretson, and Benjamin Spivey; seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren. Mrs. Long was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Long. A graveside service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Quitman First United Methodist Church.
