Florine’s Obituary Florine Havey, 96, of Troy, MO , formerly of South St. Louis, passed away on March 22, 2019 at The Arbors in Troy. She was born on August 4, 1922 in St. Louis to Edward and Adell (Kranz) Havey. Florine attended the local schools in Florissant until graduation with her two siblings.

After graduation , Florine began working at AT&T. She worked there for 43 years retiring at age 62. During Florine’s time at AT&T she worked as a telephone operator and later moved up to sales.

She was a dedicated employee who never missed a day of work. She is survived by her sister: Maedel Camanda of St. Petersburg, Florida, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Florine was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings; Walter Havey and Dolores Havey Gittemeier .
