Floyd E. Pickens, 68, of Belpre passed away February 5, 2019 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born January 2, 1951, in Parkersburg, a son of the late Emmit and Lottie Cochrane Pickens. He attended the Church of God in Little Hocking and was a member of the IBEW union.

He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years Ellen L. Pickens. Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday February 9, 2019, at the Leavitt Funeral Home Parkersburg.

Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Friday at Leavitt Funeral Home Parkersburg.
