Frances Constance Limehouse Bilbray, 91, of Ladson, SC, widow of the late Narvie Lee Bilbray, Sr., passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018. Funeral Services will be Saturday morning June 2, 2018 at 11 o’clock in Parks Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Summerville Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 am until service time. Frances was born June 12, 1926 in Ladson, SC, the daughter of the late Theodore Britton Limehouse and Carrie Muller Limehouse. She was a homemaker, an avid gardener, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Frances leaves behind her son, Narvie L. Bilbray, Jr. (Carol) of Summerville, SC; daughters, Carol Bilbray Daves (Glen) of Clemson, SC, and Patricia Bilbray Locklair (Jack) of Easley, SC; grandchildren; Timothy R. Bilbray, Carlton P Daves , Christopher G Daves, Tonya R Bilbray, Matthew R Locklair, Kimberly D. Ashley, WesLee B. Locklair; Great grandchildren; Ski Browder, Hunter Daves, Bryce Locklair, Bennett Daves, Ellis Ashley, Sydni Locklair, Piersen Ashley, McCall Daves, Logan Daves; Briggs Locklair, Emmersen Ashley, Lilly Bilbray, Colton Daves, Wallace Locklair and Juniper Locklair. Predeceased by her forever love and husband Narvie Lee Bilbray Sr. and her first grandchild Narvie Lee Bilbray III. A special thanks to Lorraine, Sheila, Shelly, and Marshell of Lorraine’s Helping Hands, and Intrepide Hospice Support Personnel.

She lived her life for her husband and her children, and now has joined her eternal Father and the love of her life “Speedy Bilbray” forever…. Our Steel Magnolia, our real life Ouiser Boudreaux!
