Obituary for Frances Farson Farlow On July 26, 2018, Frances Farson Farlow, of 222 Courtland Street, Apt 102-Danville, left this earthly life to spend eternity with God and those friends and loved ones, who have gone before. Born on March 19, 1926 in Ringgold, VA she was the daughter of the late George R. & Laura W. Farson. In addition to her parents she was preceded by her husband, Jesse C. Farlow, Sr. Frances was a member of Melville Ave Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School and held various jobs at the Church.

Survivors include her children, Jesse Cecil Farlow, Jr., (Deb) of California, Deborah K Mayhew (Donnie) of Florida, Barry G. Farlow of Danville, Cathy F. Scolpini (Skip) of Sutherlin; five grandchildren, Ryan Scolpini (Jacqueline) Laura Seymour (Christian), Kristen Chavarria, Stephen Mayhew (Erin) & Barry Farlow Keatts; eight great grandchildren, Hayden, Gabrielle & Courtlyn Scolpini, Riley, Levi and Addy Seymour, Jonathan & Adrian Chavarria. Three sisters, Mary F. Baldwin of Midlothian, VA; Betty Jane Pearson & Nancy F. Motley of Danville also survive her. Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Wrenn Yeatts Westover Chapel with Rev.

Charles Swanson officiating. Interment will follow in Danville Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour before the service and at other times, the family will be at the residence.

Visitation will also be held at the Public room at Holiday Village on Saturday, July 28 between 10:00 am-12:00 pm. The family suggest in lieu of flowers donations be made to Liberty Hospice. The family wishes to extend their appreciation to the staff of Liberty Hospice and Staff of Holiday Village.
