Obituary for Mary Sue Laws Mary Sue Laws, 80 of 500 Cedar Road Ringgold, VA died, Thursday, July 26, 2018 at her residence after a decline in health for nine months. Ms. Laws was born in the Mountain Hill Community of Pittsylvania County where she spent all her life, a daughter of the late Willie Ed Laws and Ruth Dix Laws. She graduated Dan River High School class of 1957.

She worked in former Riverside Division 8-A Dress and the Schoolfield Division 3-Dress retiring after 33 years of service. She was of the Methodist faith and read her Bible daily. Survivors include two sisters, Barbara C. Gregory, Nannie L. Carter; a brother, Kenneth Laws (Ann), all of Danville; a number of special nieces and nephews.

Two brothers, Lewis & Buck Laws, predeceased her. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Wrenn-Yeatts North Main Chapel conducted by the Rev. Daryl Joyce.

Interment will follow in Highland Burial Park. The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 7:00-8:30 PM at the funeral home and at the residence at other times. Wrenn-Yeatts North Main Chapel is serving the Laws family.
