Francis “Fritz” Xavier LeBlanc November 29, 1929 – January 28, 2019 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Fritz passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019 at Christus Ochsner St. Patrick Hospital in Lake Charles at the age of 89. He was a native of Morganza, longtime resident of Port Allen and current resident of Lake Charles. Fritz was a US Army Veteran and retired concrete laborer.

He was a faithful parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church until his health declined. Mr. Fritz would often be seen strolling around Port Allen on the city sidewalks. Visitation will be on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Port Allen from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m., celebrated by Rev.

David Allen. Interment will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory in Baton Rouge. Fritz is survived by his two sisters, Alma LeBlanc and Marlene Messina; one brother, Earl LeBlanc and wife Joanne; sisters-in-law, Lenora T. LeBlanc and Frankie LeBlanc; numerous nieces and nephews.

Fritz was preceded in death by his parents, David S. and Leonide Daigle LeBlanc. ; sister, Verna Mae Thompson, five brothers, Roy, Joseph, Allen, John David “Johnny” and Raymond LeBlanc. Memorial donations may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church.
