OBITUARY Francisco Sanchez Blas September 20, 1947 – September 9, 2018 Francisco Sanchez, was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather and friend. On September 9th, 2019 he passed away at 70 years old in Plano, Texas at 3:39 PM. He was born on September 20th, 1947 in Guanajuato, Mexico.
Francisco Sanchez was raised in San Miguel De Allende Guanjuato, Mexico. He Married Benita Sanchez and the couple had six children. One who passed away soon after birth.
San Miguel De Allende Guanajuato, Mexico is where he raised his family and spent the majority of his life. It’s the place he loved the most and where he wanted to be buried at. In his spare time he enjoyed running, gardening, baseball, hunting and most of all spending time with his family.
He would run every morning and loved participating in marathons. One of his favorite holidays was Fourth of July, because he got to participate in The Colony’s annual marathon. He also enjoyed spending time with his family in the outdoors.
He would spend as much time as possible outdoors enjoying nature. You could always find him outside watering plants, gardening, whistling, singing and just enjoying life. Francisco enjoyed spending time with family, especially his grandchildren.
He was very proud of every single one of them and made sure to always attend as many events as he could. He would go to early soccer game to late school events. He taught his grandkids many valuable lessons and life skills, but most importantly he taught them to enjoy every day of life and to value education.
His family will always remember him as someone who loved life and brought joy to anyone who he interacted with. He was always very thankful and appreciative of life, living every day to the fullest. You could always find Francisco laughing and playing with his grandkids or somewhere around town on his daily run.
He always had a big smile on his face and constantly reminded everyone of how proud he was of every person in his family. His survivors are Cesar Fransisco Sanchez Garcia, Maria Guadalupe Sanchez Garcia, Carlos E Sanchez Garcia, Estefanía Sanchez Garcia, Flor De Maria Ramirez Sanchez. His family will also always remember him as being very determined and studious.
He always said education is the key to success, he made sure to study as much as possible. He was very determined in being successful at whatever he started. If he said he was going to accomplish something, he would do it.
Even though life through several obstacles, he never gave up. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 5 p.m. with a Funeral Mass at 6 p.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 7000 Morning Star Dr., The Colony, TX 75056 Burial will be in Panteon de Guadalupe in San Miguel de Allende GTO, Mexico.
