Obituary for Frank S Falkowski Frank S. Falkowski, 86, a lifelong resident of Enfield, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 21, 2018. Born on September 15, 1932, in Ellington, CT, he was the son of the late Walter and Krystyna (Murkowicz) Falkowski. Frank served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War and received the Connecticut Veterans Service Medal of Korea.

He worked for the State of Connecticut, Department of Transportation, at Bradley Field for over 36 years. Upon retirement, Frank enjoyed working in his yard and keeping busy on home improvements on the house he and Mimi built. Frank was the beloved husband of the late Mireille “Mimi” Falkowski.

He is survived by his children, Don Falkowski and his wife, Paula, of Newbury, NH, and Annette Orlandi and her husband, Bruce, of Windsor; his grandchildren, Julia Falkowski of San Diego, CA, and Jessica Reed and Ashley Reed, of Enfield; his siblings, Chester Falkowski and his wife, Ann, of Enfield, and Elizabeth Strycharz of South Carolina, along with many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers: Charles, Henry, Leon, Edward and Victor; and his sister, Florence Jones. Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for calling hours on Thursday, January 3, 2018 from 9:30 – 10:30 at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd.

, Enfield, CT 06082. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am at St. Bernard Church, 426 Hazard Ave. , Enfield, CT 06082.
