Obituary for Mr. Frank Theodore Horn Frank Theodore Horn, 78, of Asheville, died Monday July 9, 2018. Born in Selma, AL, he was the son of the late Frank Theodore Horn III and the late Edna Oglesby Meek. Frank worked with the Birmingham, AL police department before joining the US Secret Service as a Special Agent.

He retired from the Service in July 1999 and moved to Mountain City, TN. When he moved to Asheville he became quite active in The Rotary Club of Asheville. Frank was also an active volunteer with The American Red Cross and The Council on Aging of Buncombe Co

Mr. Horn is survived by his wife of 31 years, Joyce Jackson Horn; stepson, Kenneth L. Cox of Montgomery, AL; stepdaughter, Rachel C. Capshaw (Benno) of Horn Lake, MS; three brothers, Robert Horn of Amarillo, TX; Alan Horn of Norwalk, IA; and Marcus Horn of Leesville, LA. ; and a granddaughter Lura Elaine Cox of Montgomery, AL. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the Norma Pulliam Chapel at Givens Estates, with Rev.
