He was born in Hamilton, OH, on July 20, 1953, to Wanda J. (Loveless) and the late Arthur B. Rogers. He retired from the International Paper Company in Eaton, OH after 42 years of service.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Debra J. (Schmidt) Rogers; his son Joshua (Cindy) Rogers; and his 2 grandchildren, Joshua Tyler and Taylor Nicole. In following Frank’s wishes ~ A Private Service will be held.
