She was born in Dayton, OH on December 24, 1934 to the late Lucy E. (Icenogle) and Frank M. Giampino. Marianne retired from Monsanto ~ E.G.& G. after more than 34 years of service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Bob Holderman; and a step-son, Sean Boggs. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Roy C. Boggs; her daughter Debbie Rose; her step-daughter, Rebecca (James) Yocum; her grandchildren, Kevin Englebrecht, Bob Holderman, Robert Michael Cook, Jc Yocum and Sean, Shane and Amber Boggs; her brothers, Joseph Hoffman and Frank (Peggy) Hoffman. The family will receive friends 5 – 7 p.m., Wednesday February 6, 2019, at the Dalton Funeral Home, 6900 Weaver Rd.

, Germantown, OH. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m., Thursday Feb. 7th, at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, 320 Central Ave.

, Miamisburg, OH, with Fr. Jim Romanello Celebrant. If desired memorial contributions may be made to the Dayton Artemis Center for domestic violence.
