Mr. Gary Wesley Coffey, age 67, of Temple passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2018. He was born in Atlanta on Saturday, March 3, 1951. Mr. Coffey was the son of the late George Coffey and the late Ethel Coffey.

Besides his parents, Mr. Coffey is preceded in death by his wife, Enzull (Byers) Coffey and by his two brothers, Frank Coffey and Joe Coffey. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Wesley and Christy Coffey of Temple; three daughters, Joanne Coffey of Oberlin, Ohio, April Coffey of Temple and Darlene Wright of Carrollton; one brother and his wife, Robert and Pebbles Coffey of Carrollton; his sister and her husband, Brenda and Cecil McMichael of Villa Rica; his grandchildren, Tracy Coffey, Jason Coffey, Little Gary Coffey, Ashley Lakin, Johnathan Spray and Samantha Wilder all of Temple; his great-grandchildren, Mason Lakin, Madison Lakin, Victoria Haygood, Bailey Haygood, Derek Haygood all of Temple, George Brown and Brook Brown both of Ohio and a number of other relatives. In accordance with Mr. Coffey’s wishes, he will be cremated.
